Founded in Quartzsite, Arizona: Training Ground for those who aspired to be WASP!

Press Kits

Press Kits are available for those persons interested in the publicity surrounding the fight for the Panther as well as other military planes currently at risk of confiscation by the military.

We can provide interview information on those parties involved in the issue including plane owners or possessors, attorneys representing them and others caught in these altercations including museum representatives, individuals who have endured the wrath of the Navy brass including Lex Cralley of Minnesota who is currently being prosecuted by the Justice Department for having rescued a Corsair from a North Carolina swamp and the Congressman who has come to his aid: Congressman Walter B. Jones of North Carolina.

Senator Jon Kyl from Arizona recently met with W.A.S.P. Museum curator Richard Oldham, [Click HERE for the picture taken April, 2004] who worked tirelessly with Senator Bob Stump, who was remembered as a fierce defender of U.S. Veterans and issues pertinent to them by US Senator John McCain, attempted to obtain an Act of Congress that would finally free the Panther to be returned. Stump presented the issue just prior to his death in 2002 and the situation was, expected to be resolved at that time. However, just as the bill was presented, Naval officials added a clause that would ultimately prevent the return of the Panther to the WASP. Senator John McCain's office is also involved in the Panther issue, and hopes to see this matter ultimately resolved favorably between all parties involved.

Attorney David Paul Horan of Florida has defended many individuals who have found themselves on the opposite side of the Navy's demand for forfeiture. Horan is available for interview speaking on behalf of his own research and his client, Doug Champlin, who discovered problems in dealing with the Navy while planning the salvage of the TDB Devastator on the ocean floor.

Attorney David Paul Horan is available to speak concerning this issue via his office in Florida. Telephone: 305.294.4585
